Organic Umami Puree
MUSO from Japan Organic Umami Puree is a natural Umami rich seasoning. Ginger and Chili, aka "Shoyu Koji", is with Koji infused with ginger or chili then aged with traditionally brewed soy sauce.
Use as an alternative to salt/soy sauce for any type of cooking or pickling. It makes an excellent natural tenderizer for fish and meat. Overall, it reduces the need for salt while enhancing Umami flavor!
